The setting was tested and confirmed to me by one of my guys before I published it at yesterday, I was surprised by the reactions of people complaining bitterly, I’m deeply sorry if this has caused any inconveniences to you in anyway. Now I have gone through it by myself and fixed the error. Below are the correct working setting tested and confirmed by Shelaf.
Create New APN settings on your phone as follows:
» Open your phone settings > Go to more > Go to mobile network > Go to access point names > Select MTN, Then create new APN and configure as shown below:
» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
» Proxy: 127.0.0.1
» Port: 8080
» Save And Activate it as your default settings
